FOOD POST CHIANG CHIANG~!!
This is going to be a food post~ Cuz I had a lot delicious food and I have no time to update all of them until now. I posted most of the food pics on Instagram though lol~ And I'm happy to be blogging about food so I added "Chiang Chiang" to the end of the post title (Don't ask me why is Chiang Chiang and not other words to express my happiness)

HAROLD'S BREAD
This is a very sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad pasta. Was the first time I had pasta in Harold's Bread and I was kinda looking forward it will be a beautiful creamy and tasty Carbonara. Sadly it was only pasta with white sauce and nothing else. No veggie, no meat, no egg nothing. This plate costs RM13+ if not mistaken. Miserable pasta I had. The taste was not too bad but, somehow this kind of pasta doesn't worth that price.
McD:
McCafe was promoting this drink last month (I think), the pinkish colour with the whipped cream caught my eyes from the moment I looked at the menu board. But I didn't order it cuz it costs almost RM10 for this pink pink drink. Forgot to mention, it was Red Velvet drink.
Surprisingly, my mama ordered it!!! (I thought she doesn't like pink pink drink :P ) And I like it it was not too sweet and .. it's just nice to drink I can't write a long comment for food I have limited vocab for food commenting. No potential to be food critic :(
Myth Eatery (Station 18)
So M Boutique hotel opened up near Aeon Mall at station 18 and my dad was eagerly waiting to try the food in Myth Eatery (The station 18 one is called Myth Cafe and Bar or something like that.. I forgot so I'm gonna put Myth Eatery). The real Myth Eatery is in the first M-Boutique hotel at other place (I dunno the name of the jalan..)
Myth Eatery is a bit more classy, the environment as well as the price :'(
So we ordered one lemon cheese cake, wild mushroom soup and two coffees. The cheesecake was.... not. delicious. at. all. There's no aroma of the lemon, the texture of the cake was not cheese cake-like, not smooth at all. Nice-looking dish but seriously over-priced.
BREAKFAST AT TELUK INTAN
I got to visit Teluk Intan again after some time for my cousin sis's wedding. Congratz to her again~ Her mum my aunt brought us for a very heavy breakfast (heaviest in my entire life for now) cuz we ate:

So we ate rice and loads of dishes in the morning!! We had fish, stir-fry sotong, veggies, steamed tofu with soy sauce and Bak Kut Teh too~!! OMGGGGG In the end we finished all of them too (there were around 10 people in one table) The meal was yummy too so big thanks to my aunt even though I was bloated after eating my breakfast LOL
唐人食坊
My dad brought us to this restaurant for dinner after reading all those reviews about it on Fb. :D
The food was not bad I like the 咕噜肉 especially, I don't really like sweet and sour sauce but this one is certainly different the meat is more crunchy and the flavours are better. And we got a free 龙眼水 as dessert yay~!

PATISSERIE BOUTIQUE
Finally get to have my meal in this pretty cafe with Paris and Eiffel Tower as the cafe theme. I had visited the cafe once with friends but didn't order anything that time because I was too full. So.. this was the first time I tried their food and I did not regret it. Although it's a little pricey compare to other cafe, but the food was so delicious and I think I will definitely be back to try other food.
I had smoked duck Aglio Olio (RM18) and my friends and I shared a German Flourless Chocolate cake with Gelato (RM12). Both the pasta and the cake were so delicious! I tried a little bit of my friend's smoked duck Alfredo, it was so creamy and yummy!!!!!!!! All of us order smoked duck pasta that day by the way LOL. Smoked Duck day XD Mine was Aglio Olio, one ordered Alfredo and the other ordered Carbonara. The flourless cake was amazing and since it was flourless, the texture was so different from the usual cake. It was smoother, and a little bit creamy feeling with thick chocolate fragrance. It was not sweet too! (I can't tolerate sweet food, except macaroon which is my favourite sweet food XD ) My friends can't understand why I can't tolerate other sweet food but I can eat macaroon, I myself don't understand why too.
Anyway, it was a meal worth paying but at the same time.. I will be broke very soon if I visit it too often TwT
CAFE DE EIGHT
Other than Patisserie, Cafe de Eight is so far my favourite cafe in Ipoh. It is quiet and peaceful (compare to Patisserie which is noisier and you can't sit too long for chit-chat cuz there're always customes waiting to be seated), the food and drinks were yummy and most important it is more affordable compare to Patisserie XD . However, their menu is quite limited and not much food choices.
This is the chicken burger I had for dinner. The chicken was very juicy and the seasoning was really good. I had Green Tea Latte that day but no pic to be posted heehee~ Their pork burger was super delicious too (had it during my first visit with friends).
Chicken burger (RM13)
SUSHI KING
I had my dinner at Sushi King Kampar after my last paper for finals. Hooray! XD BUT the happy mood was totally spoiled by the service and the food of Sushi King. I know I should not expect much from Sushi King, but this one is by far the worst Sushi King branch I have ever been. Their branch in Ipoh were okay no problem...
So that day we were going to have a meeting at 7pm, so we entered Sushi King at 6pm and thought we could grab a quick dinner before the meeting. We were so wrong. When we called for order, the waitress was playing with her phone and not noticing we already pressed the Call button. My friend was a lil pissed so she pressed the button for few more times in a row :P
Those waitress passing by did not come to our rescue (we were starving) and they just walked by us Q_Q. The one behind the kaiten belt did ask us to wait a little more when he saw us being impatient already.
Okay after waiting for so long we finally get to order our food (half-dead ady that time.. too hungry). My food:
Salmon Don (S = small) and Sesame sauce cold noodles (S) = RM14.90 (They are doing set meal like this now)
After ordering our food, we waited for another eternity for out food to arrive (I dunno what happened in the kitchen), and we had to eat so fast cuz it was 6.50pm already that time.
In the end, we were late for the meeting for almost 15 minutes. Luckily the advisor was even later than us XD
