Food post + Update (2)

久しぶりです!

Been soooooo long since my last blog post (I think i started my every blog post with this sentence)..

Alright~ just wanna make a blogpost to record all my food journey before more food pics coming soon >.< I do keep all my food pics on instagram though...

日本食篇:

>>Sushi Zanmai<<
Sushi Zanmai has to be one of my fav franchise Japanese Restaurant (way better than Sushi King & Sakae Sushi, in my humble opinion), since you can get Japanese food with better food quality and at an affordable price.

They had small/regular size of their food portion, I always go with small since small is more likely the portion of an average person would have. Regular (or large) would seems like portion for two.

>>Pasta from Pasta Zanmai<<

Pasta Zanmai is like a sister restaurant to Sushi Zanmai, with fusion of Japanese food and Italian (or Western). I forgot the name of the pasta I had cuz it was so long time ago.. (I think I needa be more "rajin" in updating my blog, I can hardly recall what is the name of the food and when I had them..)

To be honest I wasn't looking forward to dining in Pasta Zanmai as I'm not really a big fan of fusion of western into Japanese (but I do like when they incorporate Japanese element into Western food though XD call me "pattern queen") but the pasta surprised me cuz it actually tasted quite good :D

>>Salmon belly Don from Sushi Tei<<

I LOVE FOOD FROM SUSHI TEI.

Cuz it never disappoint me with the food quality. Slightly pricey compare to Zanmai, but I definitely would choose Sushi Tei over Zanmai if you ask me.

And the portion is always so big TwT.

I always enter Sushi Tei feeling so hungry that I told myself: okay I'm going to order rice and I can definitely finish it cuz I'm as hungry as a wolf.

But I almost failed everytime. The portion is so big that I have to take the last bite with a feeling that even my oesophagus is filled with food =.=|||

Enough with the crap. The salmon belly was so nice~ Oily (salmon oil not the cooking oil) and every bite was filled with fragrance of salmon. Simple but delicious~

>>Mother's Day Celebration at Ipoh<<

Had these wonderful & delicious salted egg crab for Mother's Day Celebration (2016? 2017?)

Highly recommended this restaurant in Ipoh. They sell fried noodles as well as a variety of seafood. The crab meat was so juicy and sweet! The salted egg was tasty enough and not too overpowering to cover the sweetness from the crab meat. 大推!

>>Korean Food<<

I could barely remember when or where I had these food already cuz of my laziness in updating the blog frequently..

Anyway I still had some memory that I had this in a Korean Restaurant before heading to karaoke session with my friends~ It was a kind of Bibimbap but the ingredients are very different.

Rice topped with ebiko, stir fry minced pork, mushrooms, and scrambled egg

Going to end this blog post for now. As stated in previous blog, I should be updating with KL trip with family But somehow I ended up with this food post.

More food post coming soon. XD
