2019 Resolution- Am I gonna make it?
Konnichiwa! 久しぶりです!
So long since my last blog entry... And I can't believe January 2019 is coming to an end! Even more unbelievable, I just gonna blog about my 2019 resolution when the first month of this year is ending (; ・`д・´)ナン…ダト!?
Well, better late than never. I had my resolution in my mind for some time but I didn't bother to write it down, so I'm gonna blog about it (keep it as a reference so that I can check on my progress in future).
#1 Blog more often
Yeah, this is basically my first resolution in 2019. I have to be more discipline and hardworking in blogging. I'm not saying that I'm gonna make it a must-do stuff, otherwise it will become a mundane activity. I actually love blogging so much! It's just that I have to face two big monitors during my work everyday which makes me kinda have the avoidance to turn on my laptop and start blogging once I'm at home. BUT, I'm gonna change that this year and I will TRY to blog as often as I can (provided I have materials to blog about) ヽ(´▽`)/ Wish my luck!
#2 Eat healthier
NO MORE CUP NOODLES or INSTANTS unless it is a sudden craving (which has been reducing drastically over the years, I'm glad). NO SWEETS, NO CARBONATED DRINKS, LESS CAKES, LESS BISCUITS, LESS FRIED CHICKEN (surprisingly I had lost my love towards fried chicken, I wonder why).
And towards MORE FRUITS, MORE VEGE (頑張ります!(p*・ω・)p ガンバッテ )
#3 Sleep early
I'm kinda on track for this resolution this year, except for the past weekends which I slept late. But for other days, and weekends as well I'm going to try to sleep before 12am. It does make a difference to your skin, your liver, your brain, your alertness or general well being. This is on track and I intend to keep it this way. No coffee, no milktea, no caffeinated drinks before sleep!
#4 Take up N3 JLPT exam
Yes I'm going to study harder for my Japanese and hope I can take N3 JLPT this year! I have taken N4 exam and ever since I left my hometown for work, I'm no longer taking Japanese classes. Have been feeling that my Japanese proficiency is indeed deteriorating (not that I'm a good speaker or fluent in Japanese in the first place, but I can't let it become worse can I?). So yeah, this is what I intend to accomplish this year.
#5 Be happier
This one might sounds very abstract, but of course I know the way to make myself feel happy. First is to stay away from negativity (go away negative hooman!). Second, do what I like: watch anime (recently I resume on watching anime and it really brings back the joy. Have kinda forgot how much I love watching anime during my uni time), eat what I like (on condition not to break resolution #2). Third, maintain a happy mind: stay chilled and calm and cool (literally) during work (this is very difficult but I'm trying, I really am), think positive (trying very hard too) and mix around with positive hooman.
This sums up my 2019 resolution. I don't have 10 resolutions like most people do, since I might not be able to accomplish all of them if I set too much goals. So let me just start with this main 5 resolutions. Wish me luck kay?
Till next post.. (*^-^*)ノ~~マタネー xoxo
